Best Bloody Mary
Serves 1 • Time 5 mins
Bloody Mary’s are my all time favorite brunch drink. When I drink a Bloody Mary I am saying to the world, “Today I am consuming Vodka at 10am. Today I am on vacation!”.
Walking the line between cocktail and snack, this Bloody Mary is savory, spicy, and downright delicious. You can make this drink directly in the glass, or multiply the recipe to make a pitcher. Dress her up however you like, and enjoy!

6oz V-8 or other vegetable juice
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

Notes, tips, & tricks
*I like to make a spicy rim using 1 part Aleppo pepper and 2 parts salt. You could also use a pre-mixed chili salt blend. To make a no-fuss rim: run the edge of a cut lime around the rim of your glass, then dip the glass rim into your salt mixture.
**You can garnish this however you like! I recommend starting with a lime wedge, celery, and a green olive. Other pickled treats (think beets, green beans, carrots...) would also be wonderful if you are feeling fancy or have them on hand.
Let’s Do It
Step 1
Prepare glass by salting rim and adding a few ice cubes. Add remaining ingredients to glass and stir to combine. Add a few healthy grinds of pepper and a pinch of salt to taste. Garnish as desired and drink up!
